Sphere Insanity Privacy Policy

Sphere Insanity is a marble game for Apple Vision Pro made by Revivr Studios. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information. The short version: the app collects nothing about you and sends nothing anywhere.

What the app collects

Sphere Insanity does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. It has no account system, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party software development kits. The app does not connect to the internet.

What stays on your device

The app saves a small amount of game data on your device only, using the standard settings storage that Apple provides (UserDefaults):

• Your settings, such as steering sensitivity, marble speed, audio volumes, haptics, and the Full Immersion choice.
• Your progress: which courses you have completed, which secret areas you have found, and your best times for each course and marble speed.

This data never leaves your device. It is removed when you delete the app. It is not shared with Revivr Studios or anyone else.

Game controllers and keyboards

The app reads input from Bluetooth game controllers and keyboards that you pair with your device, through Apple's Game Controller framework. It uses this input only to play the game. It does not record it.

Spatial and sensor data

The app uses Apple's RealityKit and visionOS to draw the game in your space. It does not access your cameras, microphones, surroundings, hand tracking data, eye tracking data, or location. Apple's visionOS handles passthrough and head position privately on your device; the app never receives that data.

TestFlight

If you use a pre-release version through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may collect crash reports and any feedback or screenshots you choose to send, and share them with Revivr Studios so we can fix problems. That collection is governed by Apple's TestFlight terms and Apple's privacy policy, and you control what feedback you send.

Children

Sphere Insanity is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes what it does with your information, this policy will be updated and the effective date above will change. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
